For the life of me, I cannot understand how Louie Freeh comes out so clean in all of this -- in everything, in fact!

In some ways like in funding he's right ... in other ways he failed in his job BIG TIME by not showing leadership in the FBI

This may have been asked and answered: Does anyone know if recommendations can come from this Commission for criminal charges on anyone who has come before the Commission? Or is it just fact finding and safety recommendations?
