Let's see if Chrissy mentions Gorelick's "conflict of interest". I think not.

Does this have it's own thread? If not, it should.

Someone said on another thread that Levin should be put on the Commission so he could grill Gorelick. Don't know who said it, but that is truly priceless!

Ashcroft said several things, but the most devastating was his reference to a 1995 Clinton DOJ regulation that placed additional restrictions on communications between the FBI and CIA, restrictions which Ashcroft claimed significantly hindered the war on terror. And the author of those regulations was none other than Democratic commission member Jamie Gorelick. That was not what the Gore-lick memo was about. Her memo was about building a wall between criminal investigations within the FBI and intelligence investigations within the FBI. It had nothing to do with the CIA.
It might have been a bombshell, except it was pointed out that Ashcroft did virtually nothing to tear down the wall before 9/11.

I am with you. We have kept AOL because of the aggravation of changing registration at so many sites and from changing e-mail addresses. I have had enough.
Plus, I don't like them using my money for anti-Bush stuff. We will be getting anotoher internet service in the next month or so.

"We need to new live thread for the Pres." I think so too! Maybe we should title it "Carpet bombing the DemonRATS on April 13, Part II!"

If Freepers and Conservative bloggers stopped watching Matthews his ratings would be absolute zero. We can only watch brief patches but apparently that boosts his audience to the level of barely discernible on the charts. b.

You think he didn't move quick enough?? He wasn't in there 9 months, and you wanted him to deconstruct what had been done and in place 6 years earlier?

I just am reviewing some of the comments I missed during the hustle and bustle of the live thread action, so I am JUST seeing the Pincus/Wilson connection and the Pincus wife/Hillary connection.
Gads. I'm glad I decided to see any comments I'd missed. And as usual, we perceived the connect the dots picture even before we have all the dots! It's filling in just as we figured, though.

More like less than 6 months...Ashcroft was a late confirmation.

I have YET to get a reply (not even THAT one)! I guess they have all of my emails in the round file. LOL!

I think of all these people: Pincus, Gorelick, Wilson, Clintons, and do you know what comes to mind? "THE WEAKEST LINK"

WOW
To: Dog
And Mrs. Pincus........worked with a Greg Thielmann.......who came out against Iraq......and resigned......made a big show of it. Dog! Where have I been? I'm dying here reading your revelations. Makes sense, I just love seeing it put together. Another "wow".

I've sent out dozens of emails to various media over the past month, and none of them have ever sent me any notice at all...which just makes me madder!

Cyncooper, you also missed Tom Shales on Chrissy Matthews' show grudgingly admitting that Condi's performance was good, but he tempered the compliment by saying that Condi's small measure of competency was not to be found anywhere else in the Bush administration.
If you don't know what Tom Shales looks like, you must look up a picture of him. Pardon my crassness, but I can't believe this pile of doo-doo has the nerve to call the Bush Team incompetent.
