I had to step away and am behind. Back in time to hear BV tell Ashcroft he's incorrect about something due to an MON (?) they just received last week, he says with heavy emphasis and that they can't reveal more but must tiptoe around it.

Again, this is in reference to something found in the Clinton archives.

Ashcroft did not receive the PDB, and unlike the previous administration the AG was not briefed on such. Ashcroft not aware the president made a request for the information which resulted in the PDB being prepared.

Ashcroft says if the president asks for information from the FBI then he would be aware of it and would encourage them to give it.

BV says they received "interesting" information from Pickard. He received the Phx memo, Massoui arrest, and info that FBI looking for two individuals who turned out to participate in the 9/11 "catastrophe" (ATTACK is the word, BV)

BV is just insinuating...he's got nothing and he knows it. Same trick he pulled with Rice about the "bin Laden attacking America" trick

The Viper Veniste starts off by speaking in a condescending tone saying the Ashcroft maybe hasn't seen some memo that the committee received last week and would be enlightened if he reads it.

I think Ben-Veniste is referring to a "capture/assassination order" against Bin Laden, issued by Clinton.

Clinton staffers are creating 'old memos' as fast as they can. They have been instructed as to where the dangers are, and are filling gaps as fast as they can. No matter though. Ashcroft nuked them today.
