-- the summary in English of the article's content --
Duri-hana mission disclosed this incident in their press briefing materials. On Apr. 2, after having escaped N. Korea the day before, 24 N. Korean refugees, made up of a few families, were on their way to Mongolia in order to reach the S. Korean embassy there.
Chinese border guards spotted them in the city of Manzhouri Yochi near Sino-Mongolian border and opened fire on them, killing 1, arresting 17. 6 are missing.
In another incident, according to Yonhap News, an escaped N. Korean soldier scaled a steel fence and entered a building which the consular section of the S. Korean embassy in Beijing has been renting. This happened around noon on Apr. 6. However, he was caught by several Chinese guards and dragged into their office. A man only identified as Mr. Kim, who is also a N. Korean refugee, provided two of his photos to Yonhap News. One of them showed a man in 20's scaling the fence and the other showed him standing on the front yard of the building.

The linked article is in Korean. Your browser may not display it properly. However, it is not bogus. I tried it again and the link works.

Your reply is ignorant.
Did you approve of East German border guards firing on East Berlin citizens attempting a go over "The Wall", because, (quote) "let commies kill commies"?
You should be ashamed.

One more good reason for folks to ponder buying that merchandise in the Walmart or Home Depot when they turn it over and see the "Made in China" tag.
