This is good news. Schaefer is agood guy but Coors has the money and name to win. It is shame that the GOP has not managed to bring forth a high profile self funded candidate like this in Nevada and Nebraska. The electorate in those states are going to relect out of touch Democrats for no other reason than the GOP couldn't field a candidate.

Ditto. I'm feeling rather desperate now. I'll endorse whoever has the best chance of winning. I want the GOP to keep control of the Senate after the 2004 elections.
