What Kerry does within his church is between God, the Church, and Kerry. It is an issue, it is a big issue, but for the media is grabbing this like a pit bull and leaving other issues alone. How I react to Kerry and his beliefs is solved at the ballot box.
What I want the media to investigate and report on are Kerry's Vietnam wounds. These wounds, and Kerry talks about three (3) wounds in a four (4) month period, with one day in recovery which gave Kerry an early release from Vietnam.
I would like the media to report on the psychatrists assigned to deal with the returning Vets who reported on the village killings they admitted performing.

The only day in recovery is one that Kerry himself claimed.
There is no evidence of any time off for any "recovery".

Now that I look at this closer I came to the following conclusion. Three wounds in four months? This bozo was a Klutz.

Actually, it's not just personal. Catholic voters in places like Boston and NY have traditionally been Dems, because they come from the immigrant populations that Dems are so good at scooping up. Kerry is courting them aggressively by declaring that he's Catholic; in other words, he's using his alleged religion for political purposes.
If he didn't want to say anything about it, or wanted to continue going to the Protestant churches he usually frequents, his "Catholicism" wouldn't be an issue. But he wants to use it for vote-getting purposes, all the while rejecting its teachings.
It's similar to his attitude on Vietnam and the American military. He wants to use it, while hating it.

Kerry will answer for his morality decisions on judgement day. He needs to answer today, though, about his abbreviated service in VN where he was supposedly heavily decorated (without wounds) and his participation after VN, especially where the assassination of US Senators was being planned.

This is a legitimate issue. This is just more evidence of how Kerry wants to have it both ways. Shame on those Catholics who cheered Kerry.
