Remember in the early days of the war when our soldiers were captured. Some were later released but some were killed. Remember, some of those killed showed signs of their private parts 'being exposed'.
These barbarians have a 'thing' about that. They get some kind of 'high' out of exposing dead bodies.

I think some of them have the idea that if you chop off a guys wang, when he gets to heaven he wont have it to use on his virgins or something.
