MADTv is on Fox at the same time as SNL. Their cast is much more talented and their skits much funnier.
MADTv is rarely political.
They focus on cultural events and spoof celebrities more than politicians.

SNL is irellevant, the show has sucked for so long I don't know how it stays on the air. Everytime I have tried to watch it after the first or second skit I turn it off. The writting and acting talent is at an all-time low. If it wasn't for us having to pay to watch TV they would not even be on anymore.

True, there's not much to laugh at (except his face), but then, there was nothing to laugh at with Dr. Rice's testimony either. Janet Jackson could only dream of being as beautiful, intelligent and gracious as Dr. Rice (who could have truly slammed Richard Clarke, but didn't).
