Lets think about going medieval on their asses. Who would care? What great power might intervene on their behave? What is the down side to simply killing everyone in every city that resists joining the 21st century. Hmmm? Really, I would sugggest we contemplate the unthinkable. Not nukes or other weapons of mass destruction but old old iron bombs and artillery, lots of artillery.

Actually we might as well. No one appreciates what we are doing over there anyway - whether we play nicely or not. We can't overreact but we must act and be perceived by these terrorists as strong and in control.
