And as an added, bonus attraction: one more incident along w/the 9 (and counting) separate investigations of GWB or the Cabinet officers to be strung together into some sort of *pattern of behavior* and used as an attempt to impeach the POTUS.

They know they are going to lose.
They desperately want to impeach another President.
They intend to spend the entire second term filling the public archives w/articles that impugn this Presidency.

Well .. I might agree with you except for one thing.

You forgot the most important player = GOD. From personal experience, I can tell you that when you submit your life to GOD, he protects you and defends you.

The dems can do whatever they want .. but you don't seem to think there will be any GOOD things happening on the Bush side which will counter the dems attacks.

What are the dems going to do when the WMD suddenly surfaces ..? I'm not saying it will .. but it could.

What are the dems going to do when Osama is captured ..?? They said we didn't even win the war because we didn't have Saddam. The day after he was captured, the world was happy except for the dems.

As for your prediction that the dems will spend the entire 2nd term impugning this presidency .. it will be very difficult for them to do this when Bush wins by an unprecented landslide.

And .. from all the reports of dems who are quitting in Congress this year .. this will seriously hamper the dems ability to build an attack from inside the govt. Of course we still have the partisan media, but their market share continues to slip on a daily basis. I just don't see your prediction having any teeth to it.
