CNN and MSNBC are saying this is bad for the president. I can honestly say that someone on a breaking thread really DOES need to go take a shower.

Exactly. The Dim's did all their grandstanding because they are unethical enough to take advantage of the average Americans idiotic commitment to mainstream media. They know that 50% of the country will never read the PDB they will only listen to what Peter Jennings and Ratherbiased say about it. And of the 50% who do read it they know that 50% of those are incapable of understanding what it means or what a president would do with information like that. Most people in this country don't understand how to run a staff or how delegation of authority has to work (FBI has 70 investigations going means the ball is in the FBI's court and everything that can reasonably be done is being done). The truth is irrelevant to the dems. Their whole strategy and existence is based on manipulating the uninformed emotional responses they know they will get from roughly half the country.

So is AssinineBraggingCommies.
The take seems to be that GWB didn't get a bigger whip, and beat the FBI into do more about it, faster. That "proves" he failed, yada, yada, yada.

Howlin, was out doing errands. Listening to radio news while in my car (ABC and whoever owns KFWB 98 and 1070). They are spinning it like the memo practically told the President in advance of the precise nature of the 9/11 attacks. I didn't bother listening very closely to any broadcast report since I knew I could read it for myself on FR when I got home.
It's bad for the President only in the sense that the media will twist the truth while shilling for the Dem Party.
