Absolutely. He went for the slight of hand play, knowing there was no rabbit in that hat. I despise him. If he ever sits on any committee or takes part in any hearing ever again, I will work against the republicans who allowed that to happen. No matter what the purpose, the way you know the dems are wrong and pubbies are right is when Ben Veniste is trotted out to represent the dems. Bottom line is this commission has now publicly revealed more than their partisanship, they've revealed they mishandle evidence by not doing thorough research. Think about all of the FR threads today from Kerrey not knowing of the Clinton audio tape about Bin Laden to the Woodward article in 2000 about this very pdb file. So much for evidential research and search for truth.
