Fight fire with fire.... Take Iraqi prisoner's, dress them in U.S. Military uniforms, put them in a U.S. vehicle, at a designated location, blow the vehicle up with a bomb. When the Iraqi's drag their own dead in the streets, shoot them down from sniper positions that are waiting for the celebrations to occur....bring in an Apache helicopter to lay down fire and cover to allow the snipers to escape.

The next day repeat same tactic in another hot area. They will learn not to mess with the U. S.
