This article still refers to burning fuel trucks of two or three days ago.
Just regurgitated pap.
This is a tempest in a tea cup as one writer called it correctly.

"Do democrats have stomach to take on Syria and Iran?"
Interesting comment. This morning on Fox's Cost of Freedom, (I was in the car and could not see who the guest was) said the following, "The quagmire in Iraq is good because it will keep the US from attacking other countries." I was stunned that this was said and would love to know who the clown was because this is the kind of rhetoric that keeps the flames burning in Iraq. One wonders if this is not a liberal plan.

Democrats are born with a broad yellow stripe down their back in lieu of a spine. I don't know. They were pretty tough in taking on Serbia under Clinton. The real issue is, Is this war necessary?

Our Foreign Affairs Editor Peter Cave reports how he and his cameraman, Michael Cox, were taken by members of the Mujahideen to film the latest hostage, whose fate remains unknown.
I hope there are no more hostages taken. I really do.
But if there are going to be more hostages taken, I hope that Cave and Cox and those who go out of their way to be the jihadists' tools are the next to be taken.

A ceasefire?
Isn't how Mullah Omar escaped in Afghanistan, by a 'ceasefire' to give him time to run?

Just regurgitated pap. What you read and saw was regurgitated pap - this is the original source. This transcript of the audio report filed is legit reporting done in the old school style. It does not get any better than this. Click to hear it. Click to hear (hostage? POW!) Thomas Hamil's (sic) defiance.
I am shocked that this is the second post that hates that this news is printed. We can only stomach rah-rah good news? This is war and this is important. We need information good and bad.

Thanks for the report. This guy is in the thick of it from what it sounds like. I wish him well.

Did you listen to the report?

Yes, one war at a time. And that war is against radical islamists and terrorists, be they in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Palestine, Michigan, Syria, Pakistan, Virginia...

"These savages have no concept of a "Better way of Life", so we will show them a nightmare of existence." This is the most intelligent thing I've yet read about Iraq.

Well when the wasps venture into the home, dwellers are bound to try to take out the nest.
To: Destro
Yes, I did.
The jihadists wanted publicity. They wanted exactly what was published to be published. These fools enabled them.

I saw the Australian interview on cable.

I am praying for his safety and his release. I am also praying for God to sustain him and supply him with peace and strength during his ordeal.

"We stirred up the hornets nest, that's for sure."
Good analogy. If there are hornets, one doesn't try to peacefully coexist with them. One clears them out.
Hornets and people do not mix.
