Police Report Sheds Doubt on 'Theft' of Kerry's FBI Files
Marc Morano, CNSNews.com Friday, April 9, 2004
The author who alleges that three boxes of FBI files dealing with Democrat presidential candidate John Kerry's anti-war group were stolen from his home last month did not allow police officers to process the crime scene.
The police report of the incident also neglects to mention that the Kerry campaign dispatched a messenger to the home of author Gerald Nicosia to pick up copies of the FBI files a week before the alleged theft of the documents.

This scheme is a near-repeat of Kerry's brother's scheme
enacted in Lowell many many years ago.
Worked then, oughta work now with the gonadless Republicans and the toothy Democrats.

There are going to be a LOT of Set-Up stories on Kerry to "show" just how the right wing "LIES" about him.

"Despite the lack of any evidence or leads, Nicosia is now publicly speculating that Republican Party operatives might have stolen the FBI documents from his home. "
What do they want us to do --- use the next two wks defending and proving we did not. Can't do that just yet - to busy defending and proving we did not know before 9/11. You will wait for us tho, huh!
Now in the meantime, can we talk about MemoGate and the Oil for Food Fraud! But of course only if you want!

I don't think the original plan was to pin this on the Republicans, or they would have done it earlier. The new leftists are very impatient. They expect instant gratification all the time.
More likely Kerry's operatives weeded out all the files that showed him in a bad light. Even though Nicosia was friendly to Kerry, they didn't trust these files out there where someone might manage to get their hands on them. It was probably Nicosia's mistake, or dumb idea, to blame it on a burglary.

I can't believe that these FBI files were the originals. Why can't somebody else get the files from the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act?

it does seem like a set-up. Take the files and then blame the Republicans, all the while the damaging files are tucked away some where.
If Dan Rather were a real reporter, he could just get on the air and say in the interest of truth the Kerry campaign should make copies of the files they went to the house to pick up.
Hopefully someone will request them from the FBI. It shouldnt' take too long since they've been released. the only problem is knowing exactly what files to ask for.

What a bunch of cr@p. As it's been said here a few hundred times, Republicans, or anyone for that matter, wouldn't have to steal these as they're available under the FOIA, just like this numb-nuts obtained them.
This mope is getting irritating, R-E-A-L-L-Y irritating!.
