728 - You are pathetic.
I am getting tired of arguing with a lying fool, who will not argue decently. I am hanging up on you.
I am tired. Sorry I am disabled and don't have the energy I used to have any longer.
yes an excuse - but this crap is getting nowhere, and not worth my time.

Are you "disabled" in the same way Havoc is " handicapped"?

741 - "Unbridled capitalism is as unrealistic as big L libertarianism."
Sorry, I must disagree.
It is very realistic and very dangerous. Read up on John D. Rockefeller and other monopolistic capitolists of his era, and read Upton Sinclair about what we would be eating.
Thank God we had Teddy Roosevelt, or we would all be powerless penniless serfs on their corporate plantations.

That is NOT Havoc's "handicap";that's his illness.
It was a civil question, so why the incivil reply? I was attempting to give you an easy way of saying that you were for real and instead, you blew the chance completely. All you had to do was reply with one word,"NO",and that could have ended the other back and forth.

Upton Sinclair was a muckraker and a bloody SOCIALIST."THE JUNGLE" et al, are
FICTION and exaggerated, hyperbolic fiction at that.
The PURE FOOD AND DRUG LAWS are far more relevant, as to the quality of the food we eat, than any works of fiction.
Teddy Roosevelt, the "TRUST BUSTER",went after monopolies, but he didn't really do anything to keep workers from serfdom.
Facts matter, history shouldn't be revised by anyone, and less emotion and more facts would help your position. Too bad that you haven't managed to employ that tact.

because it's late, I'm tired, I'm pissed at discostu's circular lies, claiming he supports a modicum of regulation over corporations when he doesnt, and I just got a an LOL from TF, and was not about to start another round of crap with you.

And just how do you think those laws got passed? Upton Sinclair.
"Teddy Roosevelt, the "TRUST BUSTER",went after monopolies, but he didn't really do anything to keep workers from serfdom."
He sure did, he reigned in Rockefeller and the other monopolists, who would have had everyone in serfdom to their corporate monopolies.
yawn - as another said.

So you looked a gifthorse in the mouth. Not all that bright an idea, no matter HOW tired and upset you are.
Helpful hint,Bob...go to bed, you're tired and posting more isn't going to help matters.
To: XBob
XBOB you have lived your life off of "evil corporations" or the government. You don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to biting the hands that feed you.
