Donald Trump isn't the first to fire (US Congressional hopeful) Omarosa Maginault Stallworth. [D-Psycho]
People Magazine says she was let go from four jobs in two years with the Clinton Administration.
One official said Maginault Stallworth was asked to leave her last job 'as quickly as possible' becuase 'she was so disruptive.'
To smooth those disruptions, Maginault-Stallworth and fellow contestant Ereka Vetrini were reunited on the Oprah Winfrey show Thursday.
The women have been on the outs since they feuded on 'The Apprentice' when Maginault-Stallworth accused Vetrini or calling her a racial slur.
Both Vetrini and series creator Mark Burnett denied that it ever happened.
Vetrini told Oprah that Maginault- Stallworth had been called a liar by everyone from Trump to Burnett.
Maginault-Stallworth accused Vetrini of trying to ride on her coattails for publcity.

Well, interesting theory. But she needs to be put in her place, not coddled. I'd have taken away any responsiblity from her and let her sit in the corner as soon as it was obvious she both lied and totally screwed up her assignment.

My husband agrees with you that it is a whole planned setup by Trump to have Kwame and Bill fire someone. WHat Omarosa did was too incompetent, even for her. You have to wonder how she made it to the show in the first place - the girl has to have some semblance of a brain; Trump is not a foolish man.

However, Kwami knows she is VERY disruptive and if he can't fire her, he will need to do what he can to let her believe she is still an important part of the team. By "allowing" her to continue being "in charge" of the liaison operations (however, with Troy sweeping up the mess all along) Kwami makes the best of a bad situation.
If she thinks for a minute that she will get sacked, or "demoted", I'm sure she would create a "yuooooooge" mess that would completely sink the Kwmai ship.
Actually, Trump is a genious in this whole thing. He gets the cream of the crop to run one of his companies. He gets LOADS of air time - publicity in this case is beautiful. He has them making money hand over fist for him (as well as raising money for charity so none of it comes out of his pocket). He becomes an instant celebrity (if he wasn't already).

she was proven to be a liar last night on The Apprentice... she completely lied about the phone call... she is a horrible employee... after last night, i don't see how anyone could employ her... she lied to cover her a$$...

i would have loved to have her logistics responsibilities for Kwame's team... i would have left that dinner, and got on the job immediately... i used to do that all the time when i had my corporate career (before homeschooling)... to lie about the phone call, saying she called Diane before dinner, and the office was just calling back to say Diane left already was disgusting... i knew employees just like her... they would drop the ball and could be counted on for nothing...

i believe she is the death for Kwame... Trump mentioned that you have to surround yourself with loyal employees... if they are disloyal once, you have to let them go, because they will do it again... i believe he said this because of what was about to happen to Kwame... (when he chose Omarosa over Heidi, i was shocked!) even Oprah didn't believe her or stand up for her... every time someone called her on her accusations she would say she wanted to just move on... but two seconds later she was back to making accusations...

Where do you get the idea that Omarosa cant be fired?
Trump has given his two finalists a group of people who have already been fired! They are now being challenged to do what Trump would do, instead of allowing them to keep them from succeeding. I have no doubt that Omarosa's assigned task is to behave in ways that should get her immediately fired. If Kwame fires her, he wins. If he doesn't, Bill wins.

Kwame has been given the ultimate challenge. Will he do his job, even if it means getting rid of the only other black person for incompetence, in front of a national audience? I believe the contest is Kwame's to win or lose. Will he be a 'brotha' or will he be a leader? Fire Omarosa = victory.

You are right on - Omorosa is pathological no question about it and people are treating her with kid gloves because she makes up stories - to the point of litigious behavior. One day she will be hauling employers into court if they are not careful.
I think she was hired purposely because she is so disruptive and it throws another problem for the aspiring new hires to deal with. But after seeing her over the weeks and again this week, there is no doubt she is in serious trouble.
I wonder why she hasn't had intervention from all those important people she has worked for. She is in imperative need of psychological/psychiatric assistance.
I am not being accusatory here any more than I would accuse someone with a physical disability. She is disabled and I think it is very sad we are all watching her abnormal behavior and doing nothing about it.
Burnett/Trump aren't that stupid - they should be ashamed of parading a sick woman around for the audience.

Ex-"Apprentice" contestant Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth stands by her allegations that some of her fellow show mates called her the "n-word." Do you believe her? |

The sad part is that Kwame would have ended up with Omarosa no matter what because Bill got first pick. That meant Kwame was stuck with the leftover and there is no way Bill would have picked her.
I would never hire her for no other reason than her laziness.

"
i believe she is the death for Kwame..."She sure could be. She even mentioned herself that Kwami wasn't "hands on" enough to rectify problems. It could also be a good opportunity for Kwami to show some moxie in paying attention to details when required.
I'm waiting to see if Troy doesn't jump in and attempt to save Kwami's bacon on this project.

I think you're wrong on her looks...she's very striking looking. She's just a miserable person. Even Jay Leno said on his show that when he was backstage with her she was very nice and pleasant, but when she came on stage she was as cold as ice and he shuddered. That's a very weird thing for a talk show host to say...on camera.

That's very interesting. It could be, although Kwame would have had to think pretty quickly. And how does she repay him for not embarrassing her? However, I think that whole phone call thing was staged. Think about it. What else could that show have centered on? Nothing was going on. They needed some drama. I guarantee you that NBC promised Amarosa something or it was a set up. I don't know what, but they did because that action made her look like a total psycho and why would she have done that? The only reason would have been to sabotage Kwame. I think it was a test to see if Kwame would fire her. We'll see next week, but I'll wager a weeks pay that's what it is.

Actually, I need to ask who Omarosa is?
I gather she is/was some female/black/obnoxious contestant on a Trump-controlled survivor theme show ...
But what else gives her a shot at winning an election?
(Other than black+democrat+liberal woman, that is...)

I think it's a test for Kwame..it's a set up. She's lazy, she's crass...but she's not truly psychotic. Well, maybe she is.

I think the problems on both teams were "created" in order to test them. But...how Bill and Kwami handled the problems wasn't.
Turns out both did nothing to "fix" their problems Bill by just ignoring it, and Kwami by not forcing Omorosa on what that phone call was all about.

(btw--i was glad when Amy and Nick were the two who were fired--even though they were on the "winningest" team)...
