VANITY: I'll Make an FR Donation for Everyone Who Pledges to Boycott MSNBC

I've been driven to post my first vanity by the out and out disgusting behavior of Chris Matthews and Don Imus. Matthews gave full rein today to 4 9/11 widows spouting conspiracy theories...he even said that VP Cheney should be given sodium pentathol before his Commission testimony. Imus has become unwatchable. He has gone far beyond humor in his insults of President Bush - far beyond.
So, here's the deal... the only way we can hurt MSNBC's ratings is by boycotting them ourselves. I'm willing to donate 25 cents to FR for every boycott pledgee on this thread - my maximum is $50, but so is my minimum!
I'm hoping that others might be willing to match my donations. How about it guys? I would love to wake up in the morning and find at least a hundred pledges.

Hey Redlipstick, you do realize that's only $25.00, right??? You bein' sneaky??
To: redlipstick
I don't watch Matthews anymore. The idea that he can muster up such hatred and conspiratorial nonsense about an administration that was in office for less than 9 months even as he knows what Clinton was doing in the Oval Office for the better part of 8 years, makes him a complete nut case in my book.
I'll join the boycott and match whatever pledges you get subject to your same maximum.

Be careful! With Nielson ratings of 0.2, it's already being boycotted by 99.8% of Ameirica already!
This could get VERY expensive!
MSNBC is on life-support, and it's the only thing keeping CNN out of last place!

That was the last time I'll watch him. Had to turn it off.
I hope his ratings (what he has) drop through the basement.

Given the ratings for MSNBC, I think most of the nation is already boycotting it. But, I'll participate in the boycott and MSNBC will lose the 30 seconds a week I tune in.
To: nuconvert
Thanks.
I used to watch HARDBALL with my mother, and she died 4 years ago - so I've been watching it a long time. But never again.

I like Scarbourogh Country instead of Greta. It's the only thing I watch though, if I promise to be good, can you put me down for $.10?
To: redlipstick
I called for a boycott this morning, so count me in.
