Ya see, I was always a major Ashleigh Bansfield guy so when they canned her my dream of being able to pass MSNBC without stopping had finally come true. Hated her politics but those librarian glasses made me think she'd have to be an animal.... LOL!

She'll be a guest on the Imus program this morning, however, I believe it's by phone. Maybe MSNBC will put up some good pics of her while Don grills her.

Count me in the boycott.

Boycott MSNBC? What's that? I don't even watch TV! Kill your television set.
To: redlipstick
Good thing you had a limit on that!
You'd have to stand near the highway with a sign, "Wil FReep for Food"!
Count me in!

The list just continues to grow!
Every time Chris Matthews opens his mouth, he loses another viewer, and deserves to.
Lol - freeping for food...sounds good to me!

Ha ha, Chris Matthews. When Clark was going before the 9/11 commission and spouting off against Bush, and it looked like the commission would hurt Bush's poll numbers, it was a non-partisan, wonderful thing. Then after Condi testified and wiped the floor with the administration's critics, it suddenly became a place of partisan bickering with no real political value. He's a joke.

I share your antipathy, but cannot take the pledge, due to my philosophy of keeping tabs on one's enemies.
I will offer some consolation however. They are preaching to the choir. '04 will be a repeat of '00 demographically. The middle 6% will decide things. This group thinks more carefully about issues! (The reason? Anyone who is not strongly D or R and who doesn't think about the issues, isn't very likely to vote.)
Thus, the septic mutterings of Imus/Stern/Franken et al only makes Bush look better to the undecideds. Stirring up the Demo lumpenproletariat is BAD strategy for the Dems, but (ha ha) there's nothing the DNC can do about all their wonderful 'supporters'.
See you all in November for a victory celeb. And...
Remember, you heard it here first.

I have been boycotting them for 4 years... Does my post still count?

Foxnews is the only network I can stand to watch. However, I will make an exception. I am still giving Dennis Miller a chance on CNBC. At least he tries to be a little different, some of it works. Some of it doesn't. But when he's funny, he's really funny and he has some interesting guests.
