I read on SkyNews that they are reporting 130 americans dead they have no details but according to them the DOD is reporting that.

Well then... no excuse not to go all out and put an end to this, is there? It's time for the Coalition to be a real occupying power. War costs lives. The harder the enemy is hit, the more saved who are politically worthy of saving.

You are wrong and your words show up more as a Bush hater and Military hater then an American Mom that loves her freedom. It( our Freedom ) has never come to us for FREE, it has always been paid for at the highest cost.
Without our troops fighting the terrorists in Iraq you might as well open your door to having them come into your home, rule your life, or what they want to do more then anything, Kill us all.
You should be praying for our troops, instead of saying words in your post that do not support them and what they are doing. I am glad they cannot read your words. They do not deserve such things. Those fighting terrorists are heros one and all.

Something tells me you aren't even an American, or at least English is not your first language. Your rant contains some grammar mistakes that most grade school level students would know better than to make, and Americans don't spell it "neighbourhood," we spell it "neighborhood."

Kerry thinks the June 30 deadline is politically motivated. Well yes it is John. Would you prefer we extend the stay? Well? I thought your platform says tomorrow would be a good day to pull out. John? You there?

yeah right, and the elite liberal media will make sure that happens... Come on, I think the IDF officer might being living in the clouds if he thinks that'll actually happen.

He's right ofcourse in saying we need to, but it will NEVER happen especially in an election year when the mainstream media wants our guy out!!

First off, God Bless our US Army and Marines!

Secondly, someone above wrote "Does anyone else think all this criticism of the Iraqi war by the Dems and Kerry have emboldened the insurgiants and the militant Shiites.

Damn straight! Of course it has emboldened them. Kerry is a American-hating traitor who helped the North prevail, helped worldwide Communism spread through his actions, and has now giving comfort to the Islamofascists by running a hugely unprincipled campaign. Look at the actions of Republicans who ran against FDR in WW2. None of this! And he's the Democrat nominee for President! Think about that and let it sink in for a minute.

Kerry probably isn't at the top of the food chain, he's an important fellow traveler though. Overall Soros and company have successfully opened a second front in this war, just like they did in Vietnam. Now patriotic Americans have to both fight off the rabid attacks of the idiot left at home and support our troops at the same time.

But we're up for the task. Freep Kerry where ever he goes. Support our troops. Make life hell for Democrats how ever you can. Call them liars and theives to their faces. Call them traitors in public forums.

Onward!

"we probably lost 30 soldiers in 30 seconds on Omaha Beach"

You're absolutley right, unfortunately most of the wonderful, patriotic, greatest generation folks are not around to "rally around the flag". That is exactly what we need to do, however I doubt highly that during the time of Omaha Beach we had as many of these protesting assholes holding signs as unimaginable as "I love NY, even more without the twin towers" around!! If they were around they got the snot beaten out of them by true Americans.

Time to practice some of them FEMA transfer camps TPTB have planned for us here on them. Give um 5 minutes to pack what you can carry in one bag and load um up on buses and off they all go to a nice homey camp somewhere away from the city.
Then all who are left are fair deaths in War.
If they blow up their own people on the buses, then at least it ain't us.
Just throwing some thoughts out there.

Fox said 11 American's dead and 20 Iraqi's dead.

I do not think that is a satisfactory exchange rate.

FROM SKYNEWS:

HEAVY FIGHTING IN IRAQ

A large number of soldiers have been killed in fierce fighting in Iraq, according to unconfirmed reports.

Some reports have put the toll as high as 130 but others have put the death toll at 12 with 20 wounded.

The large scale battle, described as "intense", has taken place in the town of Ar Ramadi, 20 miles west of Fallujah.

Sky News' David Chater said: "None of this is official yet - none of it is confirmed."

But he added: "It sounds very much like this is being carried out by men who are militarily trained."

Chater described the attack as "highly sophisticated".

Meanwhile, Tony Blair has announced he will fly to Washington to meet George Bush on April 16 to discuss the worsening situation.

Iraqi radical cleric Moqtada al-Sadr has vowed to continue a Shi'ite uprising until the forces answer his demands.

It has forced Mr Bush to consider sending more troops in an attempt to deal with, what is in effect, an attempted coup.

The cleric's aide said the Coalition must withdraw troops from populated areas, such as Baghdad and Fallujah, and release prisoners.

The demands are in addition to the original call for al-Sadr's extremist newspaper to be reopened after the coalition shut it down.

Al-Sadr's militiamen have opened up three fronts across the country, targeting coalition forces and causing casualties in American, British and Italian held areas.

Sky's David Chater in Baghdad said: "They (the militias) have shown their military might and their demands are growing. "

Al-Sadr is believed to have gone underground in an attempt to keep his armed opposition going.

Dozens have died in the past two days in an apparent grab at the Shi'ite leadership by the young cleric.

Latest figures reveal the death of four US troops in an operation west of Baghdad in the province of al-Anbar on Monday.

At least 39 Iraqis have been killed and 126 others wounded in clashes between al-Sadr's militiamen and US soldiers in the past 48 hours, a hospital chief said.

An additional 12 Iraqis died and 27 others were wounded in separate fighting with British troops in the southeastern city of Amara during the same period.

While 500 Italian soldiers, serving in the southern town of Nassiriya, were caught in an hour-long gun battle today which left 15 civilians dead. Eleven of the Italians were injured, but not seriously.

Spanish troops tried to quell a revolt in their area, but were pushed back and they returned to their barracks.

But the British have agreed a deal with al-Sadr's militiamen to re-take the governor's office in Basra, one of the incidents which sparked the current crisis.

The situation is not so encouraging in the north of the country where hundreds of US and Iraqi troops have surrounded the city of Fallujah where earlier a mob killed four Americans and mutilated their bodies.

US Apache helicopters sprayed fire on the private army of the radical cleric during fierce battles in a Baghdad district.

I doubt the war in Iraq will stop these guys coming to fight in our streets.

Libya rolled. You think this is going to be easy? You're the one stuck in the armchair.

"In terms of the effect of this on President Bush's popularity, that doesn't matter to me. They can "fall apart" for all I care. GIs are being shot and killed. This has to be dealt with."

Absolutely... the one thing that relates to the elections is this: Our enemies are getting aid and comfort from the seeds of doubts and the criticisms against Bush on this.

Without that criticism the fight against the US in Iraq would disipate.

Iran is behind the Sadr militia. Iran is welcoming the Kerry campaign since Kerry has said he would have direct talks with Iran. Iran is pushing this violence to harm Bush's chances, influence Iraqi politics, and get the monkey off their backs.

All terrible reasons, but geopolitics is like that. There was an FR thread that said "Iran has declared war on US" and I believe that is the case. Syria is behind the baathist thugs, and Iran is behind the sadr militia. And A-Q is behind the bombers.

So tell me - IS THIS NOT THE FRONT LINE OF THE WAR ON TERROR?

" If not, these savages, these barbarians can build their strength and strike at will and at times of their own choosing. I believe we must attack and attack and attack and not give a fig about poll numbers for a while."

Yes. Attack and attack and attack and attack and kill and disable the enemy until they have no power left to fight.

The only answer.

Why don't you talk to all the innocent people who have been blown up or killed by the terrorists. Do you think cowtowing to them will stop them? Look at the number of threats the Spanish have received after giving in to them...the number has increased!

You just don't get it do you? It's fight or be killed. I say FIGHT! Bless our soldiers.

You need to go back to France, or Spain, or Belgium or wherever you came from. You can huddle in the corner with those cowards.

"A Polish ally and friend of yours salutes you!"

Americans are grateful to you and yours for your support. The Iraqis are, also, I am sure. I hope they realize your history and why your country feels compelled to help those who struggle for freedom. They are still scared of the bad guys who still lurk.

President Bush has no choice, if he wants to keep his thankless job, than to go all out to win.

His polls will crash, the press will howl, he will be the most unpopular man in America for a time.

But if our situation is not substantially improved in October, he will be unemployed. That's our system.

So, bag the political calculations. No substitute for victory.

Let's roll.
