we did the same thing in Japan and Germany after WWII. Does that mean the reasons for those wars were also "out of focus"? this 20/20 hindsight and second guessing is feeding right into the leftist media spin. if Gore were president and the same situation existed, it would be referred to as a "police action" and the media would be talking about last week's good job numbers right now.

Exactly where is she? I haven't seen her in years.

Now the populus has picked up on that and are saying where are the WMD's?Now wouldn't it be something if we found the WMDs in Fallujah? :)

"She was a real looker back in '73..."
If you believe Mr. Liddy you should replace the "L" in looker with an "H".

They are California listeners, short attention spans and short memories.

"Dumb question about the World Trade Center supposedly being cordoned off with police-tape the night before the attacks. Is Karen SURE that nobody in the WH didn't have prior knowledge?. Caller most likely from DUmmyvill"
I'd say that is a dead solid certainty. LOL. No other place on earth could hatch one that goofey. Cordoned off with police tape.... Good Lord, what good would that have done ?

Now Larry is telling Karen that the 308,000 jobs are low salary jobs.
Question from Maryland. "I am a Republican and voted for President Bush, why won't President Bush accept reponsibility about his words in Woodward's book?"

"I am a Republican and voted for President Bush, why won't President Bush accept reponsibility about his words in Woodward's book?" LOL. That sounds like Richard Clarke -- except for the part about voting for Bush.
To: Miss Marple
Yeesh... I read Woodward's book. Seemed to me to show a very positive view of the President.

LKL talking about an hour with Bob Woodward on a future show - I guess that when he explains how his previous book contained all lies, and his new Bush bashing book is the real truth.
To: Miss Marple
Yes, but that woman didn't count on Karen having been in the room with Woodward and the President when that discussion took place or that Karen could correct the quote as efficiently as she did. Odd that only one male caller has gotten through so far.

Karen says the question Woodward asked was about assasinating bin Laden.
By the way, Woodward's book comes out on April 19, he is interviewed on 60 Minutes, and then will appear on LKL.
Gee, is there a pattern here?
To: Ramius
don't you know Bush at War was all lies, Woodward's 4/19 book will refute most of it.
To: txradioguy
If you believe Mr. Liddy... Liddy wouldn't lie about something like that...I read his book "Will". The Watergate Hearings were all rehearsed before they went 'On Air'. At Liddy's rehearsal they had him raise his hand and asked if he would swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
He answered..."No."

"Not only would it be unwise politically, it would be *wrong*." That was the thought of the civilian advisors in the Pentagon before the Rolling Thunder campaign got under way.
We never did bomb the dam above the Mekong Delta because of the civilian casualties it would cause.
We were the good guys in VietNam, too.
We lost that war.
To: Miss Marple
Karen Hughes would be the best press secretary ANY President could have. I am so very proud of her and hope the President can somehow twist her arm to serve in that capacity when he is re-elected. :o)

Way to go Larceny Larry is carrying the water for the DUmmies.
First there weren't jobs and the Dems were horrified. Then The jobs came and they STILL weren't satisfied becasue they were "quality" jobs.
Maybe if Libs like The Swimmer and Ketchup boy hadn't pushed so hard every year for a higher minimum wage, more of those quality jobs would be out there.
Now...back to our show. Hunting I-waki's (think Elmer Fudd)
