In one sense, I can't wait for the day when the last Beatles fan goes off to his/her eternal reward. Maybe that will put an end to those stupid memorial gatherings every December in Central Park across the street from the Dakota apartment building where John Lennon was murdered in 1980.

I have been a Beatles fan since before I entered Kindergarten, but the thought of gathering in Central Park in December has never crossed my mind. Those people are just sad.
