Unlike many on this thread, I am finding little delight in having the Marines perform this task. Personally, I wish every Arab in the ME would just go pound sand. While the lives of our citizens are worth the protection our military affords us, the Arabs have been fighting each other for centuries and will continue to do so long after we leave (if we leave).

Rooting out terrorists and their support network has been worth the cost, but trying to "rehabilitate" the Arabs is wasted time, money and energy. IMO.

I think you misunderstand our purpose today in the middle east. Our purpose here is to publicly pick fights with Arabs and other troublesome Muslims and publicly kick their stinking butts for the edification of Muslims everywhere.

With patience and determination we will teach them that it is God's will that we kick their asses whenever they take up arms against us.

Arabs have always fought among themselves, as they are nothing but a loose collections of semi-related tribes, all of whom think they're better than the others. It's funny, they have a long history of fighting, but they suck as fighters. They can kill unarmed women and children and civilians, but they regularly get their butts kicked when they fight an opponent who has even the most rudimentary and basic background in military training. Israel routinely beats the sh!t out of them.

I agree. Just take over the oil fields and pumps, and leave them the camels and their hatreds. If we are going to expend blood it had better be for treasure.
