Just to let you know I mailed mine out this AM. I'd already posted I'd send it this weekend.
http://www.madison.com/wisconsinstatejournal/local/65597.php
U.S. Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, a hunter and Vietnam veteran, "would not support any kind of federal concealed-carry legislation and would oppose federal law that would impose a right-to-carry standard on any individual state," said David DiMartino, a spokesman in Washington, D.C.
Kerry has criticized rival presidential candidate and former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean for Dean's ties to gun groups. The National Rifle Association has endorsed Dean in the past. Vermont has no prohibition on carrying concealed weapons, although Dean signed a bill banning firearms on school grounds.

The blatant renaming of their agenda from 'control' to 'safety' is typical newspeak evil.

"Renaming their agenda?"
That's what they're best at. Semantic games. Words from the George Orwell dictionary.
The Sierra Club claimed to have saved thousands of acres from development but all they did was re-name previously-protected federal lands. Nothing changed. Ducks Unlimited has protected for more habitat than all of these so-called conservation groups put together.

God these guys make me SICKThey do me too! Every last one of them are traitors and he*s one of the worst. He*s definitely a threat to gun owners!

John F. Seinfeld is against the Second Amendment. He thinks a constitutional right is *nothing* which is perfectly consistent with the rest of his issueless campaign.

Ducks Unlimited has protected for more habitat than all of these so-called conservation groups put together. Hell, *I* have personally done more for the 'environment' than these yahoo groups. I used to go into the mountains in California to camp for a while- I'd find a remote spot away from anything and set up a range with some friends. Or, I'd be up there prospecting in a stream. We *always* packed out any crap that we'd find that other people left. You know 'Jamba Juice' containers, Granola bar wrappers, that kind of thing.

Thank you for yet another revealing article on flip-flop-commie-Kerry.
This is a dangerous man for many reasons, gun control only one of the many.
His wife's outsourcing of 57 of her 79 plants shows that he is out of touch with reality. His followers are just as out of touch for not researching and fully understanding the issues. It's oh-so-much easier to just follow blindly, tongue hanging out and drooling.
Kerry wants to raise the gasoline tax. Hello mindless minions - I wonder when the last time was that he filled his own gas tank.
Anyone that votes for this socialist (my own flesh and blood included) is seriously misinformed and needs an honest-to-goodness reality check.

There's a story in today's Washington Post that says that Democrats are going to run away from the issue of gun safety. I don't think that we can get elected nationally if we are not prepared to stand up against powerful special interests. On the contrary, fewer issues are likelier to HURT Democratic Party prospects.
To: dansangel
Kerry will and has defended and attacked guns from all sides of the issue and non issue.
