I owe an apology to the Spanish military in harms way but not an apology to the Spanish electorate and Zapatero's political rhetoric as of mid-March 2004, who put the Spanish military in harms way in the first place.

I believe rights are endowed by the Creator, not earned, according to Jefferson at least. they may need to be exercised and protected, but they don't need to be earned. What these guys have EARNED is a legitimate infringement on those rights. Free speech doesn't give anyone the right to incite to riot, nor to make death threats, which is exactly what Sadr and his ilk are doing. No more than the RKBA means you can fire your rifle into the air in a crowded city.

I don't believe that these animals that mutilated those people in Fallujah should have any rights. I also don't believe for a second that the people on that video, only make up a small portion of the people in Iraq. Definitely not the people in Fallujah anyway. They may be human, but they behave like wild animals. They should be treated like animals. Although I think calling these people animals is very disrespectful and cruel to actual animals.
