US Promises to Punish Those Responsible for Gruesome Iraq Attacks
The top U.S. official in Iraq says Wednesday's gruesome attacks on four American civilians whose burned bodies were put on display in the town of Fallujah will not go unpunished.
"It's going to be deliberate, it will be precise and it will be overwhelming," U.S. General Mark Kimmitt said, speaking to reporters in Baghdad. He warned insurgents in the town of Fallujah to be prepared for U.S. forces to strike back following Wednesday's killing of four American contractors by a frenzied mob that dragged their charred bodies through the streets.
Televised footage of the act has provoked outrage from Americans in the United States and led U.S. administrator in Baghdad Paul Bremer to issue a warning.
"Their deaths will not go unpunished," he promised.
The White House blamed the attacks on supporters of Saddam Hussein. The remains of the four were to be turned over to the U.S. military.
A day after the attack, three American soldiers were injured in another attack near Fallujah, this time when their Humvee struck a roadside bomb.

"More likely than not, June 1st will probably be the last date that homelandsecurityus.net is up. FYI
WHAT????????? WHY??????????"
MamaDearest...in the 97 days that my site has been up, I have had 1,260,504 hits. I am averaging more than 13,000 hits a day and steadily growing. Out of those million plus hits, I have received not one donation to help me offset costs...seriously. With the type of information that the site contains, it is not feasible, in my opinion, to seek potential advertisers, and I refuse to annoy people with popups.
At the rate that the site is growing, I am going to exceed my bandwidth limits, and quite frankly, am self employed in a slow season, and my budget can't be squeezed anymore than it is. So rather than beg for donations, I would rather shut it down and walk away knowing that I did all that I could do while I could.

Yes, Third World War was what I expected to find, but it wasn't the subjects that Google found.
There are major commie protests for May 1st, in the major cities and also on June 30th, the day Iraq is to be handed over.

As the 20th-century idols of atheism, humanism and communism are falling worldwide a spiritual vacuum is left that must be filled. In the resulting contest for the souls and minds of Americans, the church faces formidable opponents in globalists, socialists, New Age religion, Islam and Satanism.
At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.

Is this scheme to establish a New World Order in fact a reality? Yes it is. If you do not believe this I encourage you to study the United Nations documents and also the treaties which, once ratified by individual nations, become INTERNATIONAL LAW. The United Nations created the Commission for Global Governance, if you don't believe this, visit the United Nations website and look it up.

The New World Order is no longer a conspiracy theory; it is an established fact.
The "New World Order" has been a prominent conspiracy theory for decades[1]. Here and now, as the new millennium dawns, the New World Order has become a globally recognised political concept,[2] and as such it can no longer be regarded simply as a theory.

I Look to Thee in Every Need
I look to Thee in every need, and never look in vain;
I feel Thy strong and tender love, and all is well again.
The thought of Thee is mightier far than sin and pain and sorrow are.
Discouraged in the work of life, disheartened by its load,
Shamed by its failures or its fears, I sink beside the road.
But let me only think of Thee and then new heart springs up in me.
Thy calmness bends serene above, my restlessness to still;
Around me flows Thy quickening life, to nerve my faltering will.
Thy presence fills my solitude, Thy providence turns all to good.
Enfolded deep in Thy dear love, held in Thy law, I stand;
Thy hand in all things I behold, and all things in Thy hand.
Thou leadest me by unsought ways, and turn my mourning into praise.

Ric, I've grown lavender before and have discovered that the plants do not like to be too wet or they will start to wilt and then die. Just a little tip I learned. Good luck with your lavender farm!
To: Jill St Claire
Jill,
We would hate to see you go. Just a couple of recommendations though...It does take a while to bring up your web page. I think that you have a java animation or script (special affect) that slows down you page significantly (make the page look like window shutters or a circling affect). This animation follows me to other pages as well and would cause significant pull on your resources. If you eliminate it, you may free up alot of resources and bandwidth on you system and your page will load faster. Just print pure text and forget about special affects. You will get alot better performance. Secondly, if you closing down your website, could you please, please, please be a regular on this thread, posting your finds here? I know I may sound selfish, but your skills are advantageous to possible attacks and preparation. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Thanks for the tip. I'm growing in a sandy loam/ clay soil site. The greater percentage of the acreage is sandy loam which should be just about perfect. I'm also very near Lake Erie (10 miles) so that should help moderate the climate a bit.
I'm working with the aid of some people in mid-Michigan that have had a lavender farm for 5 years. I'm hoping to end up with quite a bit larger operation than they have, so they are very interested in helping me get things going.
The up side for them is someone to trade plants and a back up source for their mail-order products should they have a rough year. I'm also interested in developing varieties for this region of the country which will help them in the long run.
It's surprising to me how few lavender farms there are in the US. At 7 acres, I could end up being one of the largest in the country. crazy, eh?
