The only thing illogical is your need to delve into ancient history to prove your point. You're question is irrelavant, get it, and it is a pretty typical one from Jews who fear the Gospel (such as yourself) and also Protestants who hate Catholics. Its nothing new. The defenders of Catholicism hear it all the time. The Catholic Church has been around for 2000 years, but it is comprised of ordinary men. There have been some good ones and some bad ones. Those who would persecute others are not adhering to Christ's message, so they are not Catholics. But, as I very logically pointed out, the morality and the philosophy of the time was very different. So was man's concept of humanity and his fellow man.
As I have pointed out to you many times, you ask these silly questions, and you hurl your childish accusations for one reason: For you, religion is about an unhealthy fixation on old injustices instead of a more wholesome intercourse with the Lord.
Thank you for showing us once again what kind of person you are. Your world is clearly divided into Catholics, Jews, and Protestants, with the latter two groups trying to eat you alive.
Rest assured, as much as I am an evil, dishonest, rich Jewish banker who tries to subjugate the world and kills Gentile children to make matzos, neither I nor my other fellow Jews are after you. Nor are any of the Protestants.
Perhaps we should be: for not knowing the difference between "you're" and "your." That deserves an auto-da-fe. Where is the Inquisition when you need one?
