Now who would want to steal the files?
And for what reason?

Dear Gerald,
Hi! I heard you are looking for some FBI files. I've heard there is a woman in Washington, DC who might be able to help you. She is very skilled at obtaining FBI files on just about anyone......in fact I think she has about 900, or so........

Read that to be "John, I've hid the files real good and faked the burglary. I know this sounds like blackmail, but maybe you could take care of me if you become President, (hint, hint)."

Hmmmmmm.....
Seems like the FBI knows which files they provided under the FFOIA... and now that a crime has been committed, the original files should be subpoenaed in order to provide evidence for a criminal investigation....
After all, a DA would need to know exactly what was stolen in order to evaluate motive.
Seems to me, the FBI should be making this public information now. It is no longer a 30 year old FFOIA issue, its a brand new criminal issue.
Where is the media on this? Why are they not asking for a copy of the FFOIA files?

so just how did he get fbi files? why are they being given to a someone writing a book? what's wrong with this picture?

This stuff is very explosive And here you had led me to believe that Nicosia had not read the stolen files. How can I trust you ever again? :) This guy seems more torn than the city that bears his name.

...3,000 to 4,000 pages were missing out of a total of 20,000 pages. To excise 3000 pages from 20,000 suggests a familiarity with the material. Hello, Hillary...

I saw this guy on the morning news and he said it must have been Republicans. I think he just wants to get his few seconds of fame. Kerry has not released his military records to anyone or they would be out by now.

Let's see now...a Kerry supporter got copies of originals still in safe place; left doors open but the burglary looks professional; info in copies is now deemed "explosive," like Republicans would really crave it, and for good measure the guy now suffers PTSD.
He's probably got some attention-deficit disorder too, and this was his best shot at getting attention.
If you're not a pro and you want to stage a burglary, you leave the doors open rather than guess how a pro would do it. And of course if you have a heap of explosive info on a presidential candidate, you don't leave the doors open for any other reason.
Nothing to do now but wait for this fellow to plant the stolen paperwork in Karl Rove's trashcans. (The place has already been thoroughly cased by a mob of Rats.)

"The police say it was a neat and professional burglary," he explained, noting that 3,000 to 4,000 pages were missing out of a total of 20,000 pages. Burglars ignored other valuables in the house, raising questions about whether the break-in had anything to do with political damage control on behalf of the Kerry campaign. That number of pages could easily fit on about three CDs in Adobe PDF format. It would take less than half a DVD. This is either a setup or the Nicosia is an idiot.

"Kerry Author: Stolen FBI Files Were 'Very Explosive'"
Really, how long has this author been hiding these files?
Why is it that this author seems to be the only one who has access to JFKerry's FBI Files? (At least willing to make money off them, so far.)
