My first reaction when I heard about the murders today was to level that city. But the nice midwestern lady that I am, I dismissed that course of events as too tough. I thought of the children in the city who have done no wrong.
Then I saw film of the crowd dancing while they tore apart the bodies of the dead. I have lost that compassionate feeling. As much as I hate to say it, I think that the Sunni triangle needs some serious spring cleaning. Turn the Air Force and the Marines lose and let them have it.

Here is to hoping that the Marines in the area do a through job cleaning out the rat nests, and exacting some 'merican justice.

That is amazing, because I thought the exact same thing. Maybe it's a "mom" thing, (as un-PC as it seems, I know dad's are compassionate where children are concerned as well) my first thought after "bomb the living daylights out of them" was, "what about the children?".
Then my next thought was, these children will most probably grow up to inflict terrorism against OUR children. These are not humans we are dealing with in Fallujah, they are animals. So I say, just clean house. Obviously, if they weren't pro-terrorism, they wouldn't still be there.

Midwestern lady that I am, I, too, thought about the children. Then I wondered if we should deal with the Fallujah evil as the cannibals of Scotland were dealt with. The whole family was into the cannibalistic lifesytle, to rid the scourge from the earth the authorities killed ALL of them--from the babies on up.
