Ramzi Yousuf (sp?) was behind a plot to kill the Pope when he visted the Philipines. The perps were intending to dress in clerical garb in order to both get near the Pope and to hide their explosive cargo.
The plot was discovered when either a fire or small explosion occured in the bomb factory and the perps fled. When the police and fire department arrived at the scene they found cassocks, bibles and crucifixes as well as explosives.
Yousuf was later detained in Pakistan.

Should they dare such a thing, it would be hard for me to pray for their souls as I would be baying for their blood (gladly go seeking it too, if it were possible). Lord help me to resist such thoughts and urges.
