Madonna Defies US Warnings, Will Perform in Israel

Madonna made some anti-Bush comments and comments against going to war in AFGHANISTAN, during one of her concerts. Typical peacenik comments of 'don't kill innocent women and children, dialogue, peace' bs. That was Afghanistan and, of course, she was against action in Iraq too. She's likely a Palestinian sympathist too, like the libs always are. Interesting she's doing a concert in Israel. She does have very typical Hollyweird stands on these issues.

It's just a small thing, but keep an eye out for agricultural products. My local Korean greengrocer had a big sign on an outside display of Israeli oranges. A little more tart than most Florida oranges, but very good.

But do you think this will really stop Madonna? ; )

Actually, I'll look for the oranges. I usually buy enough Florida produce as it is. Go out of the way to do so, but this is a nice way to support them as well.

one thing that makes her slightly different is that she is one of those Kabbalah worshippers. These people dont consider themselves Jews but study our book of mysticism. This would show some kind of connection to Israel. Personally I think she is a freak.....but I do like that she might help Israel in this one circumstance.
