What is relevant here is the statement being made by her presence in Israel to the US State Department. Anyone and everyone critizes Sharon, this is routine. But to have a celebrity of Madonna's stature saying "no" to US travel warnings which directly harm Israel's economy is potent and well timed.

America's #1 infidel, coming to the holy land! LOL
Wait till the Islamofacists here about this!

Not a fan of Madonna but, good for her!! She is doing exactly what the administration told us early on in the WOT - live your life normally.
This is what Madonna is doing. I wish her well.

I have some respect for Madonna now. She doesn't have to do this and I'm sure the ragheads would love to kill her.
To: IsraelBeach
I hope she winds a Darwin award.

Would she count as 72 virgins

This is probably the first thing she has ever done that I respect.
While she is there, maybe she will see a kindergarten blown up or something, God forbid. It is amazing how the Jews and liberals back candidates that side with the Palestinians. Europe is so anti-semitic that they put labels on Israeli food so people can boycott it.
It might be a little eyeopener for her. Of course, I don't expect too much, but a little knowledge is always a good thing. Maybe when she sees how the Israelis live, she might think a little more about the war on terror we are in.
I will NEVER forget Kerry saying that Bush is overemphasizing the terror threat. That statement alone makes him unfit to be president.

I still care
(If Kerry was Pres in 1991, Saddam would be in Kuwait today, cutting off our oil)

It's just a counter-move to ex-hubby Sean's repeated trips to Iraq. More than anything in the world, Maddy just wants Sean to love her again (she keeps a vault with his letters in her office at Maverick).
Anyone who knows this woman knows she couldn't care less about standing up to terrorists.

What can we do to support the Israelis during this difficult time?

What can we do to support the Israelis during this difficult time? It's just a small thing, but keep an eye out for agricultural products. My local Korean greengrocer had a big sign on an outside display of Israeli oranges. A little more tart than most Florida oranges, but very good.

Isn't she English now? She shouldn't be our concern one way or another.

...She doesn't have to do this...Given her CD sales the last few years, I dunno about that.

I think Madonna knows about abuse. Remember Sean I love Saddam Hussein used to tie her up.

Hell, I wouldn't mind if Hamas attacked her. I could look the other way in that case.

HELLO, then will Israel and that Minister of Tourism have Madonna give them protection?
