A comment was made earlier in the thread about the Schiavo's and their selection of an attorney. In situations like their's, there are no attorneys conservative or otherwise, waiting in line to help these folks. In that regard, with all the notoriety and publicity the selection of attorneys and their ability to pay, has much improved. Also, the court is going to be a little more careful to make decisions which are actually based in the law because they know people are watching. Therefore, I do not agree that the great deal of work done by the many good folks on this forum and elsewhere has either been hurtful or for naught.
That the possibility that some shrewder and sounder strategy exists which could be implemented to further assist the Schiavo's in this matter toward a successful resolution is likely. You offered some specific criticism and some vague solutions, have you had the time to put together a more detailed comprehensive strategy and if so what is it?
A plan was forwarded to "a5478" who is a FReeper and friend of the family. I don't want to post it publicly here, as I'm sure other side lurks.
Have offered to work pro bono for a short time to kick it off.
