Yes - although her level is low (9). According to all those in the NICU, full-term babies are not even treated if their level is below 10.

Latest update:

Wife is home - and doing well, other than separation related depression.

Little Anna is doing very well. Pulse Oxygen levels are remaining right where they belong and they have almost completely ended sedation. Her morning x-ray showed some fluid remaing in her little lungs, so she will stay on the vent probably until tomorrow.

Otherwise - all seems well.

Thanks to all Freepers who have been praying and sending kind words and wisdom.

Awesomely beautiful little baby girl you have there (of course not as beautiful as mine but you'll say that same thing to other fathers too)

I love the healthy pink glow of her. Looks far better than any preemie I've ever seen.

Several posters have stated that you won't get much sleep. I hope and pray that your Anna will be like my Autumn. Slept through the night from the second week. (although your little one will need more feedings but she'll grow fast)

Hold her as much as you possibly can during these early days. It seems like just yesterday that I was in the hospital holding my little one and now she's almost 4. Time flies.

God bless you and Anna and mommy, and keep you all safe and healthy
