Kerry is so screwed on this.

The only rational reason for the Democrats to make national security an issue is because they believe they will not be able to the economy a major issue. The Democrats must be very worried and Rice is going to rip Clarke and Kerry a new one when she testifies.

Condi's gonna take them apart piece by piece.

Been spending a lot of time on legal stuff lately. Takes lots of time. Fortunately I work for myself and don't need a lot of money to live on, so I only have to work 15-20 hours per week.

Great post xzins!  The following is a little additional information on airline safety:

Why did Al Gore really drop out?  12-17-02  WorldNet  Gore Commission/Airline Safety

After the events of Sept. 11, Al Gore must have hoped no one remembered.

But someone did.

On Sept. 20, 2001, the Boston Globe broke the story of how the so-called Gore Commission had failed in its mission to address airline safety.

"Would they hate America so much that they'd PLAN or ALLOW Al Qaeda to get through the breeches that they already knew existed? Would they keep new people out of their positions so things couldn't get fixed?"

"Bin Laden couldn't ask for a better setup than to have high-level Clinton appointees remaining in the Bush administration sabotaging the war on terror and its sources of information, and then years later, after the devastating attacks, turn around and be used as a witness against Bush prior to an election campaign."

Allegiance to America? ( Rolling Back Clinton-Time Magazine 1-22-01)

"One morning at the nub end of Bill Clinton's presidency, Clinton chief of staff John Podesta walked into a senior staff meeting in the Roosevelt Room waving a copy of USA Today. Holding the paper aloft, Podesta read the headline out loud, "Clinton actions annoy Bush." The article detailed the new rules and Executive Orders the outgoing President was issuing in his final days, actions aimed in equal measure at locking in Clinton's legacy (in areas like environmental protection) and bedeviling his successor. "What's Bush so annoyed about?" Podesta asked with a devilish smile. "He's got four years to try to undo all the stuff we've done." ......

"We laid a few traps," chirps a happy Clinton aide......

Nothing should be put past these people!

Why is this not being made public. Nothing on TV, Radio or newspapers. Sent copies to Larry Elder on KABC several weeks ago. Nothing. Sean Hannity's producer said he'd look into it. Called my Congressman in Washington and left word I wanted to talk. Someone from somewhere in foreign affairs called Tuesday and after recapping the story he requested I E-Mail him the material.

Still waiting to hear from someone. Guess I just want everything to happen yesterday!
