[history]
Sen. John Kerry lashed out at Vice President Dick Cheney on Monday, accusing Cheney of distorting his Senate record on taxes as the Democrat sought to shift the debate to President Bush's stewardship of the economy.
"This administration has one economic policy for America -- 3 million jobs lost and driving gas prices towards $3 a gallon," the presumptive Democratic nominee told students at the Charles A. Jones Skills and Business Education Center in Sacramento.

Is Kerry ever NOT on the rag?

It's just amazing that this weird looking dude who bellows and sounds like a pompous ass with every statement he makes has more than 25% support. He really is socially obnoxious.

Last night, on C-Span, they were showing a Kerry appearance on Dick Cavett's show, from 1971. Talk about weird-looking!

One of the local Sacramento radio stations said today that Kerry thinks he will appeal to Californians because of his athletic ability. I kid you not.

I would like just once to hear Kerry name a single Bush policy that has cost American jobs or raised the price of oil. Just one. I would also like to know the title and the SB # of any legislation the Senator has submitted to solve any of these problems. Just one.

I'm still waiting for John F'n to name one of those foreign leaders, who give him such resounding endorsements.

So 2.4 million jobs has now been rounded up to three million and $1.85 a gallon has been round up to 3 dollars. That is a bit of a stretch.
I was kind of bummed last week to see him skiing on the same model of ski I use. I hope they were demo's.

Well, let's settle this. Cage wrestling. Dubya versus the French guy. Pay per view.

How does Kerry slam Cheney with an injured shoulder? He has his butler do it.

I'd really like to hear his answers to those questions, too, along with having Kerry release his records for the time he was in Vietnam. But you can't ask such questions directly, or he'll accuse you of being -gasp- a Republican!

"They are running a campaign in March of mid-October desperation," said the four-term Massachusetts senator. Ads and truthful labels for Kerry must be working as Cheney would say, "Big time."

I would just once like to hear an experienced student of economics (i.e. Alan Greenspan) directly link the policies of any current administration to current economic gain or loss. The economy works too slow for a President to see the economic recourse of his actions.

Sounds about right, although the picture I saw of Kerry on his bike didn't make him look all that athletic, as far as I was concerned, just tired and sweaty! But the pictures I've seen of President Bush running in a race or working clearing his land - YEAH!

" Kerry said. "Here's the truth -- under my plan, 98 percent of Americans will get a tax cut at the federal level from John Kerry's administration."I assume that the remaining two percent of Americans, who will get no tax cuts, are those who don't pay taxes???????? Then everyone who pays taxes will get a tax cut? Great!!!!
I like how the democrats toss out big numbers in hopes of overwhelming the voting population. Bill Clinton put 100,000 cops on the street. Kerry is going to create 10 million new jobs. 98 percent of Americans will get a tax cut.
I am amazed that anyone would actually believe a word they say since what they say is pure hype. Ther must be a lot of dimwits in this country........
