Move over, Bubba Gump. The first shrimp farm in the state is coming to Hamilton.
A former Army officer who won startup money for his venture in a business contest plans to begin raising shrimp in saltwater-filled tanks as early as this fall.

That's incredible; if the cost has fallen as sharply as the WSJ indicated, they probably wouldn't notice.
