Gee this Kofi guys not too bright. Doesn't he know it was Bush's fault? Oh well what's done is done. Maybe he should hire Richard (I'm the only person in the world smart enough to take on the terrorists) Clarke.

The sooner Kofi is out, the sooner Bill Clinton will take over.

They also had rehired their pre-war "security" team. Saddam agents all.

Citizens of permanent members of the Security Council are not allowed to be Secretary General.

Looks like Kofi found one poor sap to throw under the bus. Will it be enough to end the blood trail before it reaches him?

and hopefully the last act of the exiting security chief will be the firing of all U.N. personnel, emptying the building in New York, closing all the doors and securing all possible points of entry from any possible future reentry.

The President Kerry would have to give up our Security Council seat to benefit Secretary General Clinton.

Reason #3,847 to vote against Kerry in November

All this points to the fact that the UN is populated by incompetent timeservers. A firing that isn't really a firing, a demotion that isn't really a demotion and a mea culpa from the boss is grossly insufficient as a response to the deaths of so many people.

Screw the UN. With this caliber of staffers, turning Iraq over to them would be a betrayal.

making another of his evil deals with his favorite murderer of human beings and innocents
and sealing it with a kiss.

... And yet, John F'n Kerry wants America to ask for a permission slip from the UN to defend our national security.

Never happen - he'd turn up hog-tied in the trunk of a car somewhere, his head riddled with bullets.

The libs and the press would have no problem proclaiming it a "suicide."

I think that there's a strong argument to be made that Clinton, a.k.a. 'the Manchurian Candidate', can be considered to be a citizen of the PRC. Oops, my bad, the PRC is also a permanent member...

I know that keeps coming up, but nowhere have I been able to find where that is documented. In fact, the United Nations charter places no restrictions on the eligibility of the Secretarait. See Chapter 3 Article 8 for reference.

Do you have a specific source?

And Kerry would like to hand over our foreign policy decisions to these guys/gals? Fine, let him run on that platform.
