The Freepers that watched it earlier gave me lots of info on this wonderful John O'Neill who is alive and well and a lawyer in Texas. Not the same good man the other John O'Neill also a man of integrity.
I lost my first husband, a Green Beret Lt, in Viet Nam and I cannot tell you how shocking I find it now years later that John Kerry might make it to the highest office in the Land. God save the USA not only from the Terrorists but from John F. Kerry!

One thing this whole discussion reminds me of is how depraved the Democratic administration was under Johnson, how much they botched that war from the beginning, how little they cared about the safety of US troops, how stupidly they proceeded through mistake after blunder after mistake... and then, after Nixon took over (and then Ford) how the RAT congress cut off all funding and aid to the South Vietnamese so that they were doomed to fall.

On the other thread, someone said he went back to live in Texas, is a lawyer, the poster mentioned who he clerked for in his youth, but I didn't focus on who that was so can't say about that.
I hope the guy is a freeper, at least he should be! He's very impressive.

I saw this earlier today and what's coming up is Kerry is going to make a strong denial that any "bloodbath" will take place if the commies over-run the south.
This issue should be brought up today. This is important. Kerry said with great certainty "there will be no bloodbath".
There was a bloodbath. Even 33 years later, Kerry should be forced to admit he was wrong.
