The New World Order promoters in the WH are the ones pushing for this. I think president Bush is being guided along without ever realizing the loss of sovereignty that the US would bear. (How do we get him to change his administration?) I can see where at sometime the UN would decide that a few countries have too many ship or fishing boats and make a decision that they, only the UN shall authorize and license all personal water craft, ships, fishing boats, aircraft that use floats, etc.

In a way, I wish it hadn't been. It gets kinda frustrating explaining this stuff over and over. I'd rather leave that to others and go on to explaining how to fix it. Problem is, most people aren't ready to hear it.
