Speaking of botox, there was a weird anomaly on Drudge the other day, when it seems that a private message to Drudge (on his "tips dialog") got posted on the website. I quickly cut and pasted into a word file for safe keeping, but I never saw anything mentioned about it. Here is the verbatim text:

"on january 21 2004 johnkerry had botox injections on his fore head and around his nose to the tune of $12,000. know the clinc is thinking to give it to a bill collector because he won't pay the bill...."

His hand is closed and is obviously some distance in -front- of the rifle.
Either it's the worst 'shopping job I've ever seen or the rifle is stuck in the ground behind him, bayonet/barrel-first.

I think you're right,his hand doesn't look like he's holding anything.Unless he's got his index finger through the trigger guard,a rather strange way to tote a weapon.

So are liberals pasting pictures of guns onto Kerry to make him look macho?

I blew it up in Photoshop and the pixels of the rifle are slightly smaller than the rest of the pixels.
There's also an -extremely- sharp, flat area with virtually no pixelation where the butt of the rifle stock is.
I'm no expert but it sure looks like the rifle was an add-in.

His fingers are *not* touching the rifle.
If you goose the photo you can see his fingers are curled inward somewhat, towards his leg and the rifle is behind/off to the side of them.

I have no idea what the purpose of the photo is supposed to be.
