His publisher should sue for fraud.

Are you kidding? His publisher probably encouraged him to make his claims as controversial as possible, so Viacom could take a Simon and Schuster book and use 60 Minutes to sell it as news.

Sad to say, you're probably right about the publisher, they were part of the plan to smear Bush from the outset.

Basically that is a entertainment business buzzword called synergy.

I would imagine that it was his publisher and the Clinton's idea to come up with this book in the first place. It fits thier m.o. to hit the press first before damaging information can come out, in the hearings, about his failures.
