Keeping 9/11 on the front page,though, might be even more detrimental to Kerry. It keeps terrorism on the minds of the voters (regardless of what is said in the commission) and fighting terrorism is Kerry's weak area, and Bush's strong area.

Kerry has already stated he believes the war on terror is a law enforcment exercise. If I've got anything out of the 9/11 commission is that this is the failed policy.
