Israel will continue its efforts to target leaders of terror organization, including Fatah, Islamic Jihad and Hamas, Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told reporters on Tuesday morning during a briefing.

Asked if Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat is on the list of terror leaders, Mofaz smiled and answered, "You should ask him (Arafat)."

Q: The American people, by and large, do not know the name bin Laden, but they soon likely will. Do you have a message for the American people?

Bin Laden: I say to them that they have put themselves at the mercy of a disloyal government, and this is most evident in Clinton's administration.
