My wife has a proposal in to Christ Presbyterian for American Heritage Girls and they are considering it. So far the reaction is good and we should have a decision in the next few months.
BTW. We have lost hope in the Episcopal Church after learning the middle-of-the-road position our Bishop and others have decided to take. We will be visiting other churches soon. Wife and I are both cradle Episcopalians and this breaks our hearts so very deeply. But we cannot raise our daughter in a church that ordains homosexual priests, performs same-sex marriages and consecrates a homosexual bishop.

7 and 9 year old girls don't need sex education seminars.

"We've always been a spiritually based movement."
Seems more, at its core, self-worship (autotheism?) Feeling good or "spiritual" seems to be an end in itself.

Take heart my friend.
My husband and I were both Presbyterians since pre-school and finally left. After looking for a number of months, we came upon a local Covenant church and believe that we have found a good match.
