Yeah...it's like saying "don't look at this" but I had to look. I really kind of wish I hadn't. VERY VERY graphic. (and I'm a medical professional who talks about all kinds of disgusting stuff when I eat....)

Nothing fake there.
Few people get to see what the Hellfire missile can do close up. Certainly, the initial over-pressure wave took the top of his head off, with the shrapnel doing the damage to the eye socket and hand.
The only thing wrong here, is that he probably never felt a thing.
