More proof why so many of the goons who protested the war on terror yesterday are beyond redemption.

The last time one of these "peace" marches came to my town I asked one bandana-masked hippy-chick why she hid her face. She told me that she feared reprisals. I told her she was in good company among Hamas and the Knights of the Ku Kluck Klan. Bok bok. :)

Well, that's why you can always count on friends! I'll fly there and whup that guy for you!I know which friends on whom I can count -- and you're definitely one of them!
Undoubtedy a daily pain for you -- in a small way I know the feeling -- when I see older episodes of NY-based shows like Law & Order and I see them I always gasp (when I saw that number in the film Godspell after 9/11 it was a very strange feeling indeed). But I know it isn't like what you must feel.
Honestly, I don't always know what I feel. When the towers were still here, I never much liked them -- sterile, and having to literally live in their shadow -- but now miss them like crazy. I love watching old episode of the Sopranos, just to catch that quick glimpse of them in the opening credits.

LOL! Thanks. Thankfully I never lived there, my mother had the presence of mind to remove me soon after birth to the other side of the bay.
Related topic, my beloved just called to tell me he was accosted by a group of anti-war demonstrators at a Starbucks in Portland. The guy asked if he was military, he said he was retired, and the guy let loose a barrage of abuse. Something about warmongering babykillers. Straight out of the 60's.
Free speech only extends to theirs, I guess. Somebody minding his own business in a Starbucks isn't allowed to exist peacefully.

And to think I could have used her as target practice instead of going to a Tae Kwon Do tournament yesterday. You can save a lot of money on practice pads that way :) Hope your tournament went well!

Well, they're saying that the shadows are wrong and he's holding the sign very strangely.
Don't worry. I'm handling them...

Well, they're saying that the shadows are wrong and he's holding the sign very strangely. What shadows? And what's wrong with palm trees? Are there no palm trees in San Francisco? (I don't remember)

Talk about shock and awe. I'd want to shoot the POS, but I'd be too dumbfounded to even move.

For the first time since Inauguration Day 2001, I think we are going to lose... not only the Presidency, but the Senate as well. For me, it's been a very dark day, given today's events (Clarke book release/60 minutes, 'pubbie front men always on defense, et al). I am forced, by geography, to listen to NPR during my two hour (each way) commute. I can only imagine what I'm in for over the next week. That sentiments such as those expressed by the subjects of your post, draw no outrage (but from us), tells me that the defeat of George W. Bush is all that matters to them.
I'll be better tomorrow, for now I'm just .... < /snivelling >

Hey,pal, do you love NY more without the 3,000 innocent people who were killed that day? You might have been able to pick up a cheap apartment afterwards.
Despicable.
To: mhking
Drudge should pick this up.
