Jim was polite and answered their questions the best he could. here is an example of some of the comments directed back at him. Mind you, I only made it through 500 posts of a 1200+ thread.

There's no reason for that bashing, other than bitterness and jealousy. You see, you've got here what he used to have (what his soul covets). Selling one's principles is never easy to live with.

Could you suggest how we should reply?
Reply in any fashion that is applicable to what is relevant to what he posted. If he's trashing FR and you don't like it, defend it. If he's trashing Bush and you don't like it, defend it. Why you think his wife should be fair game makes no sense in relation this these issues. One has virtually nothing to do with the other and talking about how a woman may or may not feel in her marriage who is not even here to debate it is childish and embarrassing to me and should be to you also.
It should be mentioned this little gem came from ex FReeper Darth Sidious, who also carpooled to the event to hobnob with certain well known FReepers at the FR rally.
