I just wanted to take the time to thank all of the Texaco mini-mart employees in the Shoshone area, for taking the time to mop the floor.

As my husband says, anyone who doesn't fall down while skiing doesn't take any risks and is afraid OF falling down.

Kerry is planning to ignore "flyover" country and win by sweeping the coasts and Great Lakes country. But ultimately he may still need Gephardt's MO.

"I think that as more stories about Kerry come out, his weak support among Dems will waver. With John Kerry, Dems have been sold a pig in a poke."

Yes. The question is will his support erode so much by the time of the Dem convention that he bows out in favor of a "draft" candidate.

Kerry won't bow out, he'll go down fighting tooth and nail. I think either the delegates will revolt at the convention and force a draft candidate, or the Clinton machine will pull a surprise and knock his legs out from underneath him.

Either way, I will be very surprised if Kerry survives the convention. He is making too many mistakes too early and his support is not particularly strong among Dems. I think Kerry knows he is in trouble and the pressure is causing him to make stupid mistakes.
