Carl, I think that's 'Bo' Dietl. Ain't no 'Beaus' up here in New York.
Good summation, btw. I heard the show.

I'm not going to hold my breath that this will get past the alphabet/liberal media.
Reminds me of Juanita's sad tale about BJ Clintoon.

This is a real issue. It's not enough to vote against assassinating US Senators, and then resigning from such a group. A good case could be made that Kerry should have gone to the FBI. But that would just have draw attention to the company he was keeping.

Legendary former New York City homicide detective Beau Dietl said Saturday that he was "shocked" by reports that Sen. John Kerry participated in a 1971 Kansas City meeting of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War where a plot to assassinate seven U.S. Senators was considered. Why?

"But if this has any validity to it, it could be earth shattering." The media won't let that happen, I am sure.
The names were released. All conservative southern Senators, Strom Thurmond and the like.

"John Kerry is a friend of mine. He was at my birthday party. I was at Mara Lago with him last year and he's a good person."Mara Lago? Could it be this place:
In Palm Beach, Florida, Donald Trump has converted the famous and historic estate owned by Marjorie Merriweather Post and E.F. Hutton, Mar-a-Lago, into the private, ultra-luxury Mar-a-Lago Club. It has just received the award from the American Academy of Hospitality Services as the "Best Club in the World."
Just another place where Kerry, who's for the common man, you know, can relax with family and friends.

Beau Dietl is an arsehole.
I saw him on Anus In The morning show once where he and the Anus whipped out their pistols and started acting like a couple of jerks play acting about killing someone on the show.
It was about the most aggregious lack of firearms safety I have ever saw.
So his chargin about Skerry Kerry rings hollow to me.

I have a question - Kerry is now saying that he guesses he may have been at this meeting when he previously thought he was another (being why he supposedly denied being there at first) - if that's the case, it begs the question, HOW MANY MEETINGS HAS HANOI JOHN FRENCH KERRY BEEN TO DURING WHICH ASSASINATIONS WERE PLOTTED OR DISCUSSED, SUCH THAT HE COULDN'T REMEMBER WHICH OF SAID MEETINGS HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN TO ????.
To: Carl/NewsMax
Well, at least we now know why Kerry voted against funding the War...he was simply trying to keep from being murdered by protesters. LOL
Although, on it's face, this whole thing seems that it might have political legs, but in my State, it takes a bit more for one to satisfy the Criminal Conspiracy Statute. Two or more people need to communicate (plan) about the commission of a crime and then one or more needs to take a "substantial step" toward the commission of the conspired crime.
For fun, lets say that Kerry was present during such a planing meeting and he failed to immediately report this to Law Enforcement..... and then ANY one of the subjects took ANY "substantial step in toward the commission of the crime", but was unable to complete the act....Kerry is still toast as he remains part of the original conspiracy. I suppose that there could be laws that are specific as it pertains to talking about murdering a Senator. It would be wonderful if there was no statute of limitations on the threat to murder a Senator!
This will sure be fun to watch unfold.....I just hope that it's not B/S or Kerry could come out looking very good and picked on by us "crooked liars"!!! I can't help but think that Ashcroft is now healing from his recent surgery, in record time! LOL

Why don't you learn the names of the senators?
Perhaps some might still be alive.

Any lawyers here? What is the statute of limitations on an atempted-murder conspiracy? Is it really a crime if no one who talked takes any further act to carry it out? I had thought that at least one overt act was needed.
Is someone who refuses to take part in the conspiracy but knows about it leaglly culpable? If so under what statute? My guess is Kerry's liability here is entirely political.

I wonder if there is a statute of limitation when it comes to conspiring to plan a murder of a Federal official?
To: Carl/NewsMax
Well, even though Kerry's a liar, Dietl is DEAD WRONG on the law here. If we assume Kerry lied and was there, but voted against and spoke against the talk of assassination and quit the group, then he is NOT guilty of participating in any conspiracy.
Should he have reported the incident? Yes. Does that make him guilty? No.

I just spoke to Dietl in his NY office. His secretary put me through. I gave him Tom Lipscomb's number and he said he would call him.
